BEDROOMS This home has 3 bedrooms and a semi-private living area with smart televisions, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 California King bed, 2 Queen beds (including a sleeper sofa), and 2 Twin beds (trundle setup). Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom on the second floor, featuring a California King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat with shared access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Located on the first floor, this modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings make it a cozy haven with a full hallway bathroom located just outside the door. Bedroom 3 - Situated on the second floor, this bedroom features a Twin size trundle bed. The efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cozy space for rest or family setups, sharing the Jack and Jill bathroom with the primary suite. Bedroom 4 (Semi-Private Living Area) - Located on the first floor around the corner from the bathroom, this space features a Queen size sleeper sofa. BATHROOMS You’ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting and hotel-grade towels in this home. There is 1 full bathroom upstairs (Jack and Jill) and 1 full bathroom downstairs. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group’s needs. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group, featuring a central thermostat nearby for comfort. Please reach out to your hosts for more information! •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. • Please note that the owners occasionally bring their dogs to the property, so the home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
