Downstairs opens directly to the backyard and includes three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second living area, and arcade games tucked into the bunk room for extra fun. The driveway fits 2–3 vehicles, with additional gravel parking beside the home for 2–4 more depending on size. Overflow parking for extra vehicles and trailers is also available through the HOA on a first-come, first-served basis.
