Enjoy the perfect blend of rustic character—like the original fireplace—and modern comforts, including high-speed internet and streaming TV. Whether you’re grilling on the patio or relaxing by the water, it’s the ideal basecamp for your mountain getaway.
Water Conservation:
Because we are in a high mountain desert, water is a precious resource here, even with the Big Thompson flowing nearby. Our well, which goes 200 feet deep, provides a steady 30 gallons an hour. Without laundry facilities, water usage is mostly limited to sinks and toilets, with enough supply for roughly two 7-minute showers hourly. We have a holding tank for the pump, but we ask for your help in using water responsibly. To protect our supply, please refrain from using the bathtub or filling it, and do not use the garden hose.
