Kitchen & Living Space:
The downstairs level is centred around a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creating a natural hub for cooking, sharing meals, and relaxing together. Large doors open out to the garden and outdoor spaces, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. This level also features three bedrooms, a well-appointed shared bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry.
Upstairs makes the most of the stunning outlook, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Here, you’ll find the master bedroom with its own en-suite, a second lounge perfect for quiet evenings or movie nights, and a small study nook.
The home stays warm and comfortable year-round with diesel hydronic central heating, while a Bosca wood burner adds a cosy alpine feel during the colder months.
Connecting the two levels is a custom steel and rimu staircase, an eye-catching architectural feature. Please note, due to its design, it may not be suitable for toddlers.
Outdoor Area:
This beautifully landscaped outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and effortless entertaining, featuring a generous sun-soaked timber deck that flows seamlessly from the home. Perfect for alfresco dining or unwinding with a morning coffee. A flat, manicured lawn offers ample space for families or guests.
