Located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Malcesine, Casa Silvana offers a charming lakefront apartment with garden and spectacular views of Lake Garda.
With a pleasant walk of just over 5 minutes along the shores of the lake, which are located right in front of the house, you will comfortably reach the picturesque centre of Malcesine with its famous Scaliger Castle. Here you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, car hire and many other useful services for your holiday. From the centre of Malcesine you can also take the famous Monte Baldo cable car. Ferries also depart from the dock in the historic centre to reach Limone sul Garda, located on the opposite shore of the lake.
Other renowned locations on Lake Garda, such as Torri del Benaco, Riva del Garda and Garda, are reachable in approximately 10–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Malcesine also offers various activities for children, such as playgrounds, sports areas, mini golf and much more, all within a few minutes’ walk.
The structure is equipped with all the necessary comforts for your holidays on Lake Garda, including external parking space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels for free use.

Not all facilities accept pets. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us in advance if you intend to bring an animal. In facilities where they are allowed, a supplement per animal per night is charged.
Cots, high chairs, bed rails and other extras not explicitly stated as included are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
A check-in after 19:00 is only possible with prior notification by 18:00 on the day of arrival. It is necessary to have submitted the required documents and to have paid the accommodation tax and any additional services by credit card at the time of check-in. This also applies to self check-in.
Late check-out is permitted only upon written confirmation from MUSEholiday and with an additional charge. In the absence of confirmation, the full daily cost will be charged, including any additional costs incurred.
Heating (if available) is active from October to April. It will not be activated if the external temperature exceeds 15 °C or if the internal temperature reaches or exceeds 21 °C.
Air conditioning (if available) is active from June to September. It will not be activated if the external temperature is below 25 °C or if the internal temperature reaches or drops below 23 °C.
The owner reserves the right to regulate the heating (if available) and/or air conditioning (if available) based on operational conditions and energy efficiency.
The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. If permitted, it is subject to confirmation by MUSEholiday, an additional cost and the specific conditions of the property.
In case of energy waste (electricity, gas or other resources), for example by leaving lights on when absent or heating with windows open, an additional charge will be applied.
Guests are required to ventilate the accommodation at least twice a day (morning and evening) for at least 5 minutes in order to reduce humidity and prevent mould formation. In the event of non-compliance and mould being found after departure, restoration costs will be charged.
Due to the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be limited or unstable. Continuous availability is therefore not guaranteed.
The accommodation is not provided with food items (e.g. spices) or consumable materials such as toilet paper, shampoo or soap. Any products present are to be considered as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Any supplies can be requested for a fee, including delivery costs.
Unless otherwise agreed, keys, cards and other items received at check-in must be returned to the original delivery location. Otherwise, a charge of €50 will be applied for collection. In case of loss of keys, a charge will be applied based on the actual costs of replacement and, if necessary, modification of the locking system.
The cost of final cleaning covers exclusively standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes or disposal of waste in the appropriate spaces. In case of excessive dirt, unwashed dishes or waste not disposed of, additional costs will be applied based on the work required.
Online check-in and the subsequent steps in the MUSEholiday portal are mandatory, including the transmission of guest data required by law. In the absence of completed online check-in, it will not be possible to access the accommodation.
The tourist tax is mandatory and, unless otherwise stated, is not included in the booking price. It must be paid, together with any extras, before or at the time of check-in through the MUSEholiday portal, unless otherwise agreed.
Any defects or complaints must be reported immediately during your stay, in order to allow them to be resolved. Complaints submitted after departure cannot be considered.
MUSEholiday or authorised personnel reserve the right to access the accommodation for urgent reasons, damage prevention or necessary maintenance work, always with prior notice.
No responsibility is assumed for temporary interruptions of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, internet or other technical systems, except where these are due to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. In case of violation, a charge for extraordinary cleaning will be applied in addition to a fixed penalty of €500. Smoking is only permitted in designated external areas.
The number of people indicated in the booking cannot be exceeded. Undeclared additional guests are not permitted and constitute a violation of legal obligations, with possible administrative consequences.
Guests are responsible for all damage caused during their stay at the accommodation, to furnishings or common areas. This also applies to damage detected after departure. Any pre-existing damage must be reported within 24 hours of check-in, otherwise it is assumed that the accommodation was handed over in perfect condition.
With the booking, guests fully accept these terms and conditions.
The booking portals’ chat is not constantly monitored. In case of urgency, guests are required to contact us by telephone, email or via WA.
Many booking portals do not transmit your email address to us and, in some cases, not even your phone number. Such data are essential to ensure proper management of your booking. In the absence of direct contact details, important information, particularly relating to your arrival, may not be delivered, with the risk of being unable to access the accommodation on your arrival day.
