Villa Arpeggio features four spacious king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath. The master suite, located on the main floor, offers a separate entrance, private balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views, creating a tranquil retreat apart from the main living areas. A second king bedroom is also located on the main floor within the main house, offering comfort and convenience, again with a private balcony. On the villa’s lower level (-1 floor), two additional king bedrooms open to a shared sitting area with a smart TV, perfect for families or friends traveling together. One of the sitting areas includes a queen-size pullout sofa for additional guests. The villa’s laundry facilities are also located on this level. Floor-to-ceiling Euro doors connect the open-concept living spaces to the expansive pool patio, where sunset views stretch endlessly over the Atlantic Ocean. Above, the observation deck offers a front-row seat to nature’s beauty, with breathtaking sunrise views over St. John and the British Virgin Islands and unforgettable sunset vistas over the Atlantic.
