Afterwards, you can go to the patio for a nicely prepared breakfast that will surely energise you for the day. After eating, you can take in an engaging game of pool in the lounge upstairs. As the sun sets, gather around for a BBQ night under the stars, followed by a cozy bonfire session—the perfect way to unwind. Beyond the villa, Sohna offers plenty to explore. Take a dip in the Sohna Hot Springs, seek blessings at the ancient Shiva temple, or hike up to Damdama Lake for an adventure-filled afternoon. Whether you’re unwinding at the villa or exploring the surroundings, Olive Farms promises a perfect escape. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, and an extra foldable bed. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, and an extra foldable bed. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, and an extra foldable bed. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, and an extra foldable bed. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. One of the bathrooms also features a jacuzzi. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There are 2 living rooms, one situated on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. It includes AC, heater, patio, balcony, sound system, and a pool table. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a sq. ft lawn that is perfect for outdoor activities and intimate gatherings. It can accommodate 50 people at any given time. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session for 3 hours, thereafter Rs. 1000 for an extra hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup. - There is no WiFi available at the property. Guests are requested to carry their dongle for internet connectivity. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 4 pets at an additional charge. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
