Villa Chocolat is a spacious seven-bedroom private villa located on nearly 8,000 square metres of landscaped gardens, just minutes from Marrakech’s historic golf courses and near the old and modern city centres. Close enough to explore the city easily, but far enough away to enjoy complete calm and privacy, the villa offers a rare balance between accessibility and tranquillity. The architecture is traditional and distinctly Moroccan, while the comfort is resolutely contemporary. Warm tones, dark woods, rich textures, and carefully chosen materials create an atmosphere that is both elegant and reassuring. From the moment you arrive, there is a sense of space and calm that invites you to slow down and settle in. Inside, the villa offers generous volumes throughout the house. The double living room is centred around a large fireplace and opens onto the garden, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large dining tables are designed for long and relaxed meals, while the furniture and seating invite guests to relax immediately, without formality. Villa Chocolat can accommodate up to 14 guests spread across seven spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms. The main suite is the centrepiece, measuring nearly 100 square metres, with a hot tub and a walk-in shower. The other rooms are equally comfortable, offering privacy, tranquillity and generous proportions, making the villa an ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends travelling together. Outside, the swimming pool extends to the heart of the garden and can be heated according to the season. Shaded terraces, a pétanque court and several quiet corners offer many spaces to read, relax or simply enjoy doing nothing. When evening falls, the atmosphere naturally moves inside, where a Moroccan-style games room in the basement has a billiards table and a bar, perfect for relaxed evenings together.
