The space
Welcome to ’Salted Sunflower!’
Conveniently situated just minutes from the beach, guests are also right by the Dragonfly Pool and have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 other pools, Camp WaterColor, and The Beach Club!
The serene screened-in front porch has plush outdoor seating and a porch swing, perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Surrounded by natural green space and parks, it offers the most perfect private, peaceful retreat!
Inside, you’re welcomed by a bright and airy open-concept living room with ample seating. This area flows seamlessly into the dining room and then into the gourmet chef’s kitchen, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and island seating for four. Just off the kitchen, there is a wet bar with an additional sink and a mini fridge for extra convenience.
Also on the first floor, you’ll find the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom which is complete with a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. This room also has private access (from the bathroom) to the back screened-in porch, complete with an outdoor dining table.
Step out from the porch and enjoy your peaceful outdoor space! The backyard includes a lovely green space with a fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and a private sauna in the detached garage. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day on 30A!
Upstairs on the second floor is a second living area, the three remaining bedrooms, plus a fun bunk room. The second master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Another King bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two Full beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. This bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a sink and shower in one area, and a separate area with the toilet and a second sink, making it easy for sharing. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway and shared with the adjacent bunk room, which includes one built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk plus a standalone Twin bed.
There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
This gorgeous home is situated in the ultra-desirable WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor’s numerous amenity offerings!
There are also plenty of scenic nature trails for walking/biking, or take the included bikes to explore the area!
This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is just down the street from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute ride from the home.
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, fire pit, sauna, or other amenities provided to guests.
