Welcome to our bright and modern apartment located in the heart of Vila de Gracia, Barcelona. This stylish and comfortable space is designed to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the abundance of natural light that fills the apartment, highlighting the beautiful wooden floors and contemporary decor. The living area features a spacious grey couch, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the city. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal space for socializing with family.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements include two cozy double beds, two single beds, and a convenient sofa bed, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to create a serene and restful environment.
Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table or the breakfast bar. The apartment also includes modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to enhance your stay.
Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, you’ll be within walking distance to local shops, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Barcelona has to offer.

To reserve this apartment you should be above 30 years old. Suitable for families and business travelers as well.
To get to the apartment is relatively easy from the airport. There are a few options.
1) Take a taxi.
A normal taxi with 4 seats costs about 30 euros.
2) Aerobus. Buy a ticket, approximately 5 euro pp.
Once you have arrived at Placa de Catalunya by Aerobus (The end of the line). Go left once you are getting out of the Aerobus and walk towards (looking towards the Tibidabo mountain) Passeig de Gracia Metro, which is two blocks away from Placa de Catalunya (10 minutes by foot).
Take the green line (L3) metro and get out at the next stop "Fontana". This metro station is a short walk from the apartment.
3) By train R2N (FAST & CHEAP).
Offboard at Passeig de Gracia. From there, you can jump on a taxi, metro or bus
Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:
All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform’s chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don’t have a reception, but we’re here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it’s past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It’s a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don’t forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona’s tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We’ve got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
