Spectacular six bedroom house with hot tub, games room and large garden in the heart of a pretty Oxfordshire village. Nestled in a private rural spot, Hayward House is a contemporary and comfortable holiday home, easily capable of accommodating up to 14 guests in style. This spacious house is packed with high-end furnishings, ensuring you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Immaculately styled throughout with tasteful colour mixed with neutral schemes, the property has been kitted out to a high spec, allowing guests to truly relax without having to worry about a thing.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, this modern but welcoming area, has been thoughtfully equipped for large groups. Whether self catering or bringing in private chefs, the kitchen is a lovely space to hang out, sip drinks and enjoy sumptuous feasts at the long, wooden dining table. On summer evenings, take dinner outside on the exquisite sun terrace which has plenty of outdoor furniture for both dining and relaxing in the sunshine. The outside space also has a hot tub, adding an additional slice of luxury for you to enjoy during your stay. For fun for all the family there is an outside games room that features a pool table and table tennis.
Please note - If we have a same day changeover we have to drain, clean and refill the hot tub as a legal requirement, therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be hot at check in as it can take up to 24 hours to get up to temperature. In cold weather, the hot tub takes longer to heat up so we kindly ask guests to take this into account.
During the summer months enjoy a BBQ (charcoal not provided) and lounge in the deck chairs and sun loungers.
In evenings snuggle down on the large sofas in one of the two lounge areas and enjoy the sport or a movie on the large flat screen television in front of the log burner.
At bedtime, there are six sensational bedrooms to chose from, two with en suites with large walk-in showers, and the other bedrooms are just a couple of footsteps away from the large family bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with a large bay window and sofa this lovely room has a king size bed and a dressing table.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has two single beds, a sofa, a dressing table with mirror and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 3: Overlooking garden and fields with a Juliette balcony, this room contains a super king size bed, two armchairs, a dressing table, built in wardrobes and a smart TV. There is an ensuite bathroom which contains a bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and twin wash basin.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and a dressing table.
Bedroom 5: Perfect for children, this room has two single beds, a smart TV, dressing table and a walk in wardrobe. There is an ensuite which contains a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 6: A large bedroom overlooking the large spacious garden, this room has a super king bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
There is parking for at least ten+ cars on the driveway at the front of the property and there is also a car port for two cars.
Up to two dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay; however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time. Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
Please note charcoal for the BBQ is not provided and wood, firelighters and matches are not provided for the log burner.
