BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. During your stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- toaster
- electric kettle
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Hisense 75" Smart TV with Chromecast, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking includes one designated carspace. Paid street parking is available in front of the building, with limited free street parking available behind the complex.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ area and common garden throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
