Seafront apartment Elona is located in the center of the town of Nin, which is famous for its sandy Queen’s Beach, and holds the title of the oldest royal town. Nin is known as a romantic town that will delight you with its beautiful historical story and charming streets, where you will definitely want to take photos and create memories for a lifetime!
Seafront apartment Elona was renovated in 2021, it is only 15 meters away from the Adriatic Sea, it’s located on the ground floor of a residential house and is a beautiful object that you will fully enjoy. With its area of 85 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 people. You will comfortably accommodate in 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200). There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need so that you can prepare your favorite dishes for family or friends without any problems. The living room with a corner sofa will be an ideal place for evening socializing with your favorite movies for the whole family. An additional person can sleep on a sofa bed. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room and has 6 seats.
There is an outdoor seating area on the terrace, and in front of it is a garden. You can also use the outdoor barbecue.
The nearest beach is called Ždrijac and is 400 meters away from the apartment. There is also the aforementioned sandy Queen’s Beach, which also has medicinal mud. Nin is a city that is a treasury of history and culture, and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. All of this is Nin, the oldest Croatian royal city, located not far from Zadar and is a perfect destination for a summer vacation, a weekend trip out of season, or at least a short visit when you find yourself in this area. Already upon arrival in Nin, you will be amazed by the shallow lagoon that surrounds it, the salt fields and the beautiful stone bridges that lead to the old town.
Be sure to visit Zadar city. One of the trademarks of the city of Zadar is certainly the Zadar barcajoli, which for many years has been transporting people from both ends of the city harbor in small boats. The boat is actually used to go into the city, but also out of it. The boats are easy to recognize by their characteristic orange color. During his stay in Zadar, the famous director Alfred Hitchcock could not admire the sunset enough, and according to legend, he said that the Zadar sunset was even more beautiful than the one in Key West, Florida.
