Bayside Cottage is a New Build Home that was completed in Spring of 2026! The single floor home boasts tall ceilings to allow natural light to pour into the unit. Everything throughout the home is brand new, and there is outdoor furniture and a Fire Pit to relax outdoors together!

-The home sits near a Main Road. While there isn’t much traffic on Bayside Road there can be times when the noise from traffic can be heard inside of the home.
