Majordoms Golf Peralada is a large, design-forward luxury villa in the historic village of Peralada, in the Alt Empordà region of Girona, set directly alongside the Peralada Golf Club. Built in 2007 and offering 1,600 m² of interior space on a fully private 3,442 m² fenced and gated plot, the villa accommodates up to 15 guests overnight and up to 25 during the day — making it one of the most versatile private group venues in the Empordà for company retreats, golf holidays, and exclusive luxury stays. With two private pools, a 100 m² professional gym, a soundproofed entertainment room with DJ booth and games, and sweeping views over the fairways, this is a property built for full-group immersion. LAYOUT OF THE VILLA
Majordoms Golf Peralada is an architecturally impressive villa set on a private, gated plot facing the Peralada golf course. Its 1,600 m² of interior space are spread across three levels — basement, ground floor, and first floor — plus extensive private grounds. A lift connects all floors.
Ground floor
The main social level. Light-filled and elegantly furnished, with generous ceiling heights, statement lighting, and a direct connection to the covered terrace and pool area.
Entrance hall — A welcoming arrival space with access to the lift, stairs to the upper and lower levels, and a courtesy bathroom.
Courtesy bathroom — Double-basin vanity with two separate enclosed WC cabins. No shower on this level.
Living room — A grand, light-filled sitting room with an impressive glass dome ceiling, large abstract artworks, and statement ceiling lamps. Open to the dining room.
Dining room — Seats 16 at a long central table beneath a large decorative chandelier. Large Smart TV included. Connected to the living room by sliding glass doors — equally suited to use as a meeting or seminar room for corporate groups.
TV lounge — A more intimate sitting room adjacent to the main living area, with views towards the covered terrace and pool zone.
Kitchen — Fully equipped kitchen with a super-automatic coffee machine, a separate espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, electric griddle, and a waste disposal unit. At least 2 full sets of cutlery and crockery for all guests.
Bedroom 1 (Suite) — Ground floor suite with a king-size double bed (180×200 cm), a freestanding bathtub inside the room, a desk with chair, two armchairs, a TV, and views over the garden and golf course. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 2 — Twin room with 2 single beds (90×200 cm), combinable as a double bed on request. Seating area with armchairs. Views over the garden, golf course, and sports facilities. Private bathroom (Bathroom 2, accessed from the corridor).

Bathroom 3 — Extra-large hydromassage shower, 2 sinks with individual taps, separate WC cabin.
First floor
The sleeping wing for four of the eight bedrooms, plus a terrace lounge with golf and pool views.
Landing — Features a work corner with a desk, decorative mirror, and zebra-skin rug.
Bedroom 5 (Suite) — First-floor suite with 2 single beds (90×200 cm), combinable as a double bed on request. 2 built-in wardrobes, a glass desk with chair, and a TV. En-suite bathroom with rain shower and hand shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 6 — Twin room with 2 single beds (90×200 cm), combinable as a double bed on request. Shares Bathroom 6 with Bedrooms 7 and 8.
Bedroom 7 — Twin room with 2 single beds (90×200 cm) and views over the golf course. Shares Bathroom 6 with Bedrooms 6 and 8.
Bedroom 8 — Twin room with 2 single beds (90×200 cm) with direct access to the upper terrace. Shares Bathroom 6 with Bedrooms 6 and 7.
Bathroom 6 — Large walk-in rain shower with hand shower, double sink, toilet.
TV room / terrace lounge — A compact, air-conditioned lounge with access to the upper terrace. Views over the golf course and pool area.
Basement
The entertainment and leisure level, accessible by lift or stairs and from the garden.
Gym — A 100 m² private gym equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, multi-functional weight machine, free weights, and a boxing bag. Air conditioned. Two fully equipped changing rooms with double sinks, showers (including rain shower heads), and enclosed WC cabins.
Entertainment room — A soundproofed space of approximately 250 m² with a DJ booth, dance floor with disco ball and automatic lighting, a chill-out lounge zone, a bar with 5 high bar tables, and games including a billiards table, darts, and table football. Direct access to the garage.

Garage — Covered indoor parking of approximately 250 m² with space for multiple vehicles. Connected directly to the entertainment room.

Garden and pool zone — Two private pools: one wide pool with a sun ledge and one narrower lap pool. 10 sun loungers. Changing facilities accessible via the gym’s external entrance. Direct views over the golf fairways.
Covered terrace (Porxo) — An 80 m² fully shaded outdoor terrace with a dining table for 14 guests, a chill-out lounge (3 armchairs and three 3-seater sofas), a Weber Summit E-670 gas BBQ, and ceiling fans.
Sports zone — Private badminton court, basketball court, and table tennis table.
Exterior parking — Additional covered exterior parking alongside the internal garage.
SURROUNDING AREA
Peralada is a medieval walled town in the Alt Empordà region of Girona, set among vineyards and agricultural land just inland from the Costa Brava coast. It is best known for the Peralada Castle — a 14th-century historic complex that today houses one of Catalonia’s most respected wineries, an elegant casino, and the open-air venue for the Peralada Music Festival. Each summer, the castle gardens host internationally renowned performers across classical music, opera, and dance, making it one of the cultural highlights of the Costa Brava season. The village itself is peaceful and intimate, with a strong identity rooted in wine, culture, and landscape.

- Culture — The Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres (10 min). Greek and Roman ruins at Empúries (20 min). Medieval old towns at Besalú and Peralada itself.
- Coast — The beaches of Roses and the dramatic cliffs of Cap de Creus are 15–20 minutes by car. Cadaqués, one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa Brava, is around 30 minutes.

The villa is well connected to the broader region. Girona Airport is approximately 45 minutes by car. Figueres, with its high-speed rail connection to Barcelona (under 1 hour) and Paris, is 10 minutes away. Barcelona is approximately 2 hours by car. The Costa Brava coastline — with the beaches of Roses, the cliffs of Cap de Creus, and the village of Cadaqués — is 15–20 minutes by car. The French border is around 30 km, making day trips straightforward. Girona city, with its medieval old town and outstanding restaurant scene, is approximately 50 km.
CLIMATE
The Alt Empordà has a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild winters. July and August are the hottest months, with temperatures typically between 28 and 35°C and long sunny days — ideal for the pool, golf, and outdoor entertaining. Spring and autumn are pleasant and quieter, with temperatures between 15 and 22°C, well suited to outdoor sport, team activities, and exploring the region. The area is known for the Tramuntana, a strong north wind that creates excellent sailing and kitesurfing conditions along the nearby Costa Brava coast, particularly around the Gulf of Roses — one of the top wind sports destinations in Europe. Winters are calm and mild, making the villa a comfortable and private base for off-season corporate retreats and group stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a super-automatic coffee machine, and stocked with at least 2 full sets of cutlery and crockery for all guests.
Cooling and heating are provided by a central ducted air conditioning system covering all main areas of the villa. The gym and first-floor TV lounge each have independent air conditioning units. The ground-floor TV lounge also benefits from underfloor heating.
Hair dryers are available in all bedrooms.
WiFi is available throughout the property, including the gym, covered terrace, and upper TV lounge.
The two private pools are professionally maintained.

Majordoms Golf Peralada is rented as an entire holiday villa for your exclusive use. All indoor and outdoor spaces are private to your group.
The garden and pool area are fully enclosed by a perimeter fence with a gated entrance. The plot is not shared with neighbours or other guests.
The following spaces are not accessible to guests: the air conditioning machinery room, the pool machinery room (caseta piscina), and the wine cellar. The basement bathroom (Bany P-1) is currently not in use and is not accessible to guests.
The covered interior garage and exterior covered parking are both for exclusive guest use.
GETTING THERE
Peralada is located in the Alt Empordà region of Girona, approximately 45 km from Girona city and around 145 km from Barcelona.
The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava (GRO), approximately 50 km away. Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) is approximately 150 km, with good motorway connections. Low-cost carriers serve Girona regularly, particularly in summer.
Figueres, the nearest town with a train station on the high-speed AVE/TGV line connecting Barcelona and Paris, is approximately 8 km away. Direct high-speed trains from Barcelona to Figueres run in under 1 hour.
A car is strongly recommended for stays at Majordoms Golf Peralada. The village is not served by regular public transport, and a vehicle gives you easy access to the surrounding beaches, golf courses, towns, and the French border. Ample private parking — both indoor and covered exterior — is available at the villa at no extra charge.
