With an emphasis on natural materials, this modern home with its mid-century accents is truly one of a kind. Light warm sun filters into the living space from all angles given the large lake facing windows. The open plan kitchen-living area with fireplace is the heart of the home. From here step out any of the glass sliding doors and find yourself on one of the decks either facing the lake or all cozied up around the outdoor fire pit.
Four large bedrooms and three bathrooms make this home an easy option for a family or group of friends to gather. The bunk room has one queen and 3 bunk beds, perfect for a kids slumber party. Ducted AC with individual room control throughout the home will keep you cool in the summer & warm in the winter.
Only a five minute walk will take you to Wanaka’s waterfront and town centre. Check out the numerous eateries, boutique fashion stores, art galleries and outdoor shops. Hideaway on Warren offers a warm social entertainers home to share with friends and family whilst taking in all the activities available in Wanaka whatever the season.

Hideaway on Warren enjoys a premium location just moments from the centre of town. Please note that a residential development is underway across the street. All construction is confined to standard daytime hours (8am–5pm), ensuring evenings remain peaceful.
The site observes a full shutdown during the week leading up to Christmas, with work resuming at the end of January. Completion of the development is currently anticipated for December 2026.
