Nestled on the shores of Lake Wanaka in an elevated, private, park-like setting, Waters Edge is an architecturally designed residence with magnificent views across Roys Bay.
Upon entering the home your gaze is immediately drawn to the magnificent views from the living area and kitchen. The generous sized designer kitchen offers guests functionality, ideal for entertaining your family and friends. The heated covered balcony basks in sunshine creating an outdoor space that is perfect for relaxation summer or winter.
The entrance level also leads onto the master suite and generous walk-in wardrobe. Lake views from the master bedroom are dramatic. There is also a powder room located on this level. This configuration makes the home easy to close off from the downstairs level for a couple.
On the lower floor of the home you have an abundance of space with three further double bedrooms all opening out to the views on the lakeside of the property. Each bedroom has access out to the large outdoor space. Here you will find a soft seating area including sun loungers, spa pool, trampoline and established gardens. There is a further large double bunk room for the children. With multiple entertainment areas available for movie watching, playing games or simply reading - there really is a space for everyone.
Waters Edge is located very close to the famous Wanaka Tree. A short ten minute stroll along the waterfront will also have you in the centre of town where you can explore the many restaurants or shops Wanaka has to offer. Coupled with direct access to the lake it is easy to enjoy the walking and biking trails around the lakefront, and the excitement of the water sports on your doorstep.
