Villa Binialta is reached via a charming private drive that winds through its own oak forest, opening onto a generous plot of approximately 27,000 m². The villa sits above flat garden areas where mature oak trees provide welcome shade and a beautiful natural backdrop, while still allowing the gardens and pool to enjoy full summer sunshine. Outdoors, the villa features a very large private swimming pool, set slightly away from the house, along with eight sun loungers, spacious lawns for children to play, and inviting al fresco dining areas with a gas barbecue. The interior of the villa offers around 265 m² of well-designed living space, fully refurbished in 2009. The ground floor includes a spacious living and dining area with air conditioning and Smart TV, opening directly onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and one en suite bedroom. Upstairs, there are three further air-conditioned bedrooms: a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct garden access, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom ideal for children. Nature lovers will enjoy leisurely hikes through the countryside, while more active guests can take advantage of direct access to some of Mallorca’s most rewarding biking and walking tours.
