Villa Vitamina is a lovely property, located along the coast of Benissa, approximately 700 metres from Baladrar Cove. The property offers 230 m² of serenity whilst being within easy reach of the coastline and local amenities, including bars, restaurants, and shops. The town of Moraira, known for its beaches and relaxed atmosphere, is situated about 4 km away, and the popular town of Calpe is roughly 10km away.
The villa provides parking for two cars and features a comfortable living room with air conditioning, a wood burner, a TV with satellite channels, and a DVD player. This space connects directly to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A covered terrace overlooks the garden and provides a shaded area for outdoor dining under the Spanish sun. The ground floor includes two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom, while the upper floor hosts the main bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a private balcony with seating - perfect to enjoy the sea views in the morning with a cup of coffee!

Cala Baladrar is approximately 700m from the property, providing a nearby spot to enjoy the shoreline and Mediterranean surroundings. Within 500 metres of the villa, guests will find a selection of bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket.
The town of Moraira, situated about 4 km from the property, is well known for its clean beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and well-preserved coastline. Visitors can explore several sandy and rocky beaches, a marina, and a small historic centre featuring a 16th-century watchtower. Moraira also offers a variety of dining options, from casual cafés to restaurants specialising in regional seafood dishes. We recommend Restuarante El Chamizo for amazing food, a nice atmosphere, and gorgeous sea views. The town’s weekly market provides an opportunity to browse local produce, crafts, and other goods.
Additionally, the larger coastal town of Calpe is located about 10 km away. Calpe is recognised for its prominent landmark, the Peñón de Ifach, a large limestone rock that forms part of a protected natural park and offers hiking opportunities with panoramic views. The town also features long sandy beaches, a fishing port, and a wide range of shops and restaurants, making it another accessible destination for day trips from the villa.

Please be aware that the pool cleaner and the gardener will be access the property’s exterior ground unannounced once a week. They must always be given access to the property.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
