Home details
This eye-catching holiday home can be found near the village of Baska Voda, on the Dalmatian coastline, close to the Makarska Riviera. Built alongside the impressive Biokovo mountain range, there are fantastic views from all the balconies and terraces...perfect for a touch of romance.
Entering the grounds, you are immediately greeted by an impressive terrace area that is furnished with plenty of seating & dining spaces, as well as a barbecue grill that has a sink attached. This is a magnificent setting for a late evening dinner, whilst the sun is setting.
The villa is split between three levels, which provides ample space for guests to roam freely without feeling confined! On the lower ground level there is a modern sauna and small fitness area, which is ideal for those who are keen to work up a sweat before tackling the infinity swimming pool. The pool itself has all the features to make your downtime that much more enjoyable. It has been installed with a modern water purification system, as well as a water & air massage and LED light therapy features.
The interior style of the villa has been conceived around the conceptualisation of Minimalist and Traditional themes, producing a stress-free environment. There are two interior kitchens, spread across two floors – meaning you and your guests can split the burden of cooking or even better, challenge one another to ‘Cook-Offs’.
The first double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, can be found on the lower ground floor. This is better suited for those who might struggle with staircases. The remaining four double bedrooms are located on the second floor and all have en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Location:
Baška Voda is particularly synonymous for its Baroque and Gothic architecture, much of which dates from the 16th Century. Therefore, we recommended visits to The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Roko & St. Nikola Church as well as St. Lovre. To further gain a bit more understanding of this village’s past and to better understand the Dalamatia culture and history, pay a visit to the Malacological Museum and the MGD Gallery.
With impressive landscapes, Baška Voda will provide the most active of visitors with an ample selection of activities – particularly the water sports. Good places to check are Water Sports Ancora Jet and Scuba Diving Center Poseidon. With the Biokovo on your doorstep, keen walkers will be eager to tackle the Sveti Jure summit. From this peak, you will be able to take in the glorious scenery.
Baška Voda is positioned between Brela and Makarska, making it a fantastic destination for groups who are keen to do some exploring during the day.

Bol, a picturesque town on the southern coast of the Croatian island of Brač, is a gem of the Adriatic Sea, offering a harmonious blend of stunning beaches, historical charm, and vibrant cultural life. It is most famous for the Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach, a unique natural wonder whose fine pebble promontory shifts with the tides and winds, creating a distinctive shape that is recognized around the world.
The clear turquoise waters of the Adriatic make Bol a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Windsurfing, kite surfing, and stand-up paddleboarding are popular activities, thanks to the favorable winds and excellent facilities. Diving is also a must-do, with the island's underwater world teeming with marine life and offering fascinating dive sites, including shipwrecks and caves.
Bol's heritage is rich and well-preserved, with the Dominican monastery, founded in the 15th century, being a highlight. The monastery houses a museum with religious art, ancient manuscripts, and a renowned collection of prehistoric items found on the island. Strolling through the town's narrow streets, visitors will encounter charming stone houses, small squares, and local shops that exude a Mediterranean ambiance.
The town is also a gateway to exploring the rest of Brač, which boasts olive groves, vineyards, and the Vidova Gora, the highest peak of all the Croatian islands. From this vantage point, one can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding islands. For those interested in cultural experiences, Bol hosts several summer festivals featuring music, dance, and local traditions, providing a glimpse into the island's vibrant community life.
Gastronomy in Bol is a delight, with a focus on fresh seafood and local Croatian specialties. The town's restaurants and taverns serve dishes made with the finest local ingredients, including Brač lamb, homemade olive oil, and the island's famous sheep's cheese. The local wine, particularly the white Pošip and red Plavac Mali, is a perfect complement to any meal.
For a more secluded experience, visitors can take a short boat trip to the nearby Paklina Islands, a group of islets with hidden coves and crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling away from the crowds.
