Exposed stone, vaulted ceilings and natural materials are paired with modern furnishings and a considered, neutral palette. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom, with three king-size rooms and two twins. The standout master suite includes a mezzanine lounge and a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.
Outside, the villa is arranged for easy outdoor living. A heated pool sits alongside sun loungers and shaded seating, while the dining terrace and grill area are ideal for long meals. The surrounding garden and terraces provide multiple spots to unwind, all with views across the sea.

Location:
Zavala sits on Hvar’s south coast, offering a quieter base within easy reach of Hvar Town. The village is small and traditional, with stone houses lining narrow streets and a handful of local restaurants serving regional dishes and wines. Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €25 (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
