On the ground level there are two large bedrooms with open sea views and direct access to the outdoor living areas. One is a master bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, generously proportioned and ideal for guests seeking maximum privacy and comfort. The second is a double bedroom designed with flexible sleeping arrangements, offering either two single beds or one double bed upon request, measuring 90/180 x 200 cm. These two rooms are connected internally by a lockable door, allowing them to function either as a private suite or as two completely independent bedrooms. Each also benefits from its own separate entrance, offering additional flexibility for families or groups of friends.
On the patio level, three additional bedrooms are arranged to create a quiet and intimate atmosphere. Two double bedrooms feature twin beds measuring 90/180 x 200 cm, which can be configured as doubles upon request, and each includes an additional sofa bed of 90 x 200 cm, making them ideal for couples with children or extra guests. The fifth bedroom is a single room measuring 90 x 200 cm, suitable for a solo guest, a teenager or staff accommodation. All patio-level rooms maintain the same standards of comfort, light and spaciousness as those on the ground floor.
The kitchen, dining and living spaces are housed in a separate building designed as an elegant open-plan pavilion. This area serves as the social heart of the residence and brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining zone and a comfortable lounge oriented toward the sea and the outdoor terraces. Large openings allow natural light to flood the interiors while framing uninterrupted views of the landscape and the Aegean.
The indoor common areas connect to the two ground-level bedrooms through a carefully designed outdoor living and dining space sheltered from both sun and wind. This protected transitional area encourages outdoor living throughout the day and evening while allowing easy movement between private and shared zones.
