A picturesque sitting space welcomes guests to the first level, featuring slip-covered furnishings, TV, and a queen Murphy bed for extra accommodations. A hallway washer and dryer adds convenience. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and management fines. Please Note: Effective March 2024, all low-speed vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company. Rentals are limited to 60 carts community-wide, with a maximum of 1 per home on a first-come, first-serve basis. Disclaimer: WaterColor condos lack exterior outlets for low-speed vehicle charging. Due to safety concerns, 360 Blue is unable to provide extension cords. Guests renting a low-speed vehicle should coordinate charging needs with the rental company.
