There are two further terraces providing comfortable areas to relax: outside the large kitchen sliding doors you will find a large terrace with Italian designed "Snooze" chairs and side table and a private lower terrace which can be accessed from the sun terrace and/or the the two downstairs bedrooms. The side boundaries of the villa are planted with mature flowering shrubs and trees providing both privacy and ambience to the outside space.

The high ceilings, large glass sliding doors and breath taking views towards the Aegean Sea and the island of Spinalonga provide a sense of calm and airiness. From the lounge you have direct access to the two upper terraces, which include the outdoor dining area, infinity pool and various sitting areas.
A Sonos music system is provided, which guests can access via their personal smartphones / tablets using the villa wi-fi, to stream music and radio and play music from their personal device play lists.

Large glass sliding doors lead onto the inner courtyard with Italian designed seating and a Weber BBQ for those who enjoy char-grilling.
Separate stone staircases lead off from the lounge / dining area to a cloakroom and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
In the other direction you reach a TV / Games room and the two lower bedrooms. The TV / Games room has a large colourful sofa and is equipped with a Samsung 65" QLED TV with satellite channels and Blue Ray Player and guests can log into their personal streaming services such as Netflix via the villa wi-fi..
