A complimentary starter set of laundry essentials is provided. Parking: Two designated parking spaces in a two-car garage, right and left side. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
