LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
For the ground-floor residence, a stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway. For the upper residence, a stacked washer and dryer is located in the primary bedroom’s walk-in closet. Guests must bring their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Two designated parking spaces in a two-car garage, right and left side. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
LOCATION:
Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins, migrating whales, and other marine life, an unforgettable sight from your oceanfront vantage point. With most destinations within easy walking or biking distance, you can park the car and truly settle in. The Newport Pier area, including the historic Dory Fisherman’s Fleet, Seaside Donuts, and Charlie’s Chili, is an easy 10-minute stroll along the boardwalk. Continue a couple of miles farther to the Balboa Pier and explore even more local favorites, including the historic Pavilion, the Catalina Island Flyer, the Balboa Island Auto Ferry, the Fun Zone, and Ruby’s Diner at the end of the pier for classic burgers and shakes.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
