These situations are normal in Tulum, and our team will assist whenever possible • Pools & Facilities: Pools, are regularly maintained, though natural weather conditions may affect their appearance at check-in. Our maintenance team is always available. • Property Updates: Listing photos may slightly vary due to repairs or updates, but we always maintain high standards and guest comfort. • Weather & Climate: The region is humid year-round and may experience heavy rain or hurricanes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • Navigation: Some streets may be unpaved or difficult to locate. Our Concierge team will provide clear directions and check-in instructions before arrival. • Noise & Parties: Tulum is a lively destination, especially during holidays. While parties are not allowed at our villa, external noise may occur and is beyond our control. We will assist if issues arise. • Concierge Services: Our Concierge team can help arrange third-party services (tours, transport, chefs, etc.). While we assist with coordination, we are not responsible for external providers. Service hours are 8 am–10 pm, with emergency support available by phone.
