PARKING - 1 x uncovered allocated right outside the unit`s entrance. Alternative carpark on the street side. The unit is attached to a main house but do not share entryway and has no interconecting door. Message from Ray: The unit faces The Remarkables mountain and has a car park directly in front of its entrance. Guests are welcome to park on the street to avoid blocking the beautiful view. The larger part of the house, located at the rear, is rented separately as a short-term holiday home and may either be unoccupied or have another group staying. Each unit has its own private entrance. Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. KITCHEN AMENITIES: Baking paper, salt and pepper, instant coffee and tea and 250ml box of welcome milk.
