With provided bikes and a 6-seater golf cart, getting out and exploring the area couldn’t be easier. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach. ⛱️Beach Access ~ - Deer Lake State Park A 5-minute bike ride or drive away, this stunning beach has parking, restrooms, and picnic spots. - Gulf Lakes Beach Perfect for bike rides; a 6-minute ride with convenient access. - Seabreeze Beach Access An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4-minute drive from the property! - Walton Dunes Beach Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand. - Inlet Beach Regional Access A bit farther but easy by car! Great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms." Step Inside ~ FIRST FLOOR - Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space. - Dining table which seats 4 is located right off the kitchen. Additional seating for 4 is also provided at the kitchen island. - Just past the dining table awaits a private balcony. - Cozy up in the living room, great for mid-day naps, movie nights, or rainy-day board games. - Directly in front of the garage entrance is where you will find the laundry room and the half bath on this floor. SECOND FLOOR - Up the stairs we go! Here you’ll find a full shared bath with a shower/tub combo at the top of the stairs. - The bunk room features a twin over double bunk. Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee and Keurig. - Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer, plus a pack n play for your little one, so you don’t need to pack one. ✏️Other things to note: - Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
