If you have to balance a little work with leisure, an arch opens to an adjoining study area making a handy spot to catch up or study.Upstairs, you will find three generously sized bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room. Each is decorated in rich tones with plush beds and fresh white linen.Step outside to discover the terraced rear garden, with two raised lawns and a gravel patio—an ideal setting for an evening drink on the bistro set as the sun dips behind the town. Please note that in the sleeps 6 version, the two second-floor bedrooms will not be available for use.£500 bond required. Part of the Bond covers the usage of the barbecue. If the barbecue is not left in the same, clean condition on your departure, £50 will be deducted from the Bond for rectifying this. CCTV on driveway only for security reasons.
