Each room in the home is decorated in coastal chic decor with beautiful accents. The first floor features an open floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining area that leads out to the pool deck. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. The living room has beachy decor, a large sectional, two large armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. The dining area features a formal dining table that seats six and leads out to the luxurious pool deck. The first floor of Casa Azul also hosts the first two bedrooms in the home. The first bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a single sink vanity, toilet, and a shared combo shower/tub with the second bedroom. The second bedroom also has its own single sink vanity and toilet that leads into the shared combo shower/tub. In addition, the second bedroom features one set of custom full/full bunk beds, one set of custom twin/twin bunk beds, a window seat, flatscreen TV, and nautical decor. Upstairs, guests have access to the media den and remaining three bedrooms. The media den features a sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony access. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
