Guests can enjoy the private dip pool out back or walk to the large community pool and hot tub just a block away. The community beach access is also just steps away! From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a stunning exterior and the tasteful elegance of the new furnishings that adorn the interior. The first floor houses a bunk room and a king suite. The bunk room is furnished with two queen beds and four twin beds. It shares access to the hall bathroom with a standalone shower. The king suite includes a sitting area with a sectional sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, and stocked bookshelves. It’s the perfect lounging area for laid-back days. Guests can also step out to the private pool, accessed through the king suite. Rounding out the king suite is an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Additionally, the first floor holds a large laundry room and a wet bar with accessories for preparing drinks and cocktails. The second floor houses the home’s main living areas, a half bath, and a king suite. The king suite offers a flat-screen TV, DVD, chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living areas include a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. The dining area showcases a beautiful table with seating for all guests, surrounded by contemporary chairs that perfectly complement the overall aesthetic. Bikes are provided with the home throughout the year.
