Guests are welcomed to the home via an elegant marble foyer. The first floor houses a large king bedroom, which shares a full marble bathroom with the common living areas. The formal dining area offers seating for eight and a spectacular view of both the beach and the pool. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, a wine cooler, and a gas range. There is additional bar seating for five in the kitchen. Between the living room, which has both a fireplace and a flat screen television, you’ll find a butler’s kitchen, with sink, ice maker, refrigerator and extra counter space. Guests can access the private pool via a series of sliding glass doors off of the living room. There is also ample patio space for entertaining and relaxing. Guests can access the second floor via elevator or the elegant spiral staircase. The first king suite provides a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a flat screen television, and a large balcony with a view of the beach. The bunkroom, which sleeps 4, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with an additional king bedroom. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, as well as a private water closet. A second king suite is equipped with a private bathroom and a balcony. The high capacity washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor is dedicated to the large master suite, offering guests 180-degree views of the beach and the water. In addition to the wrap around balcony, this room provides a flat screen television, a fireplace, and a walk-in closet with dressing area. The amazing bathroom features delicate tile work, a huge Jacuzzi tub, large stone shower, a private water closet and double vanities. The suite also offers guests a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot for your convenience. Accessible only via the stairs, the rooftop deck offers amazing views of the beach and the water. *The pool can be heated for an additional charge. **Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April.
