The beach is not handicap-accessible and could be difficult for guests to navigate. - The fireplace inside does not work but there is a firepit in the backyard. - This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout. -Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking. -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee. -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items.
