The living area boasts a 60-inch flat-screen LCD television and comfortable seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with BOSCH appliances, marble countertops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The formal dining room seats eight. Past the first-floor powder room is a luxurious tropical oasis. The Brazilian hardwood deck has plenty of room to relax as well as a dining room table.
