Bedrooms and Bathrooms Main House Downstairs: Bedroom #1 - King Bed Sleeping Space #2 - Twin Daybed with optional pull-out trundle, TV and direct access outside. The full hall bathroom on this level has a standing shower and there is also a half bathroom on this lower level. It has a Jack and Jill layout between the two sleeping spaces on this level. Main House Upstairs: TV Room Bedroom #3 - King Bed & TV Bedroom #4 - Queen Bed The full hall bathroom on this level has a standing shower. Guest House: Bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds, a gas fireplace, TV and a small seating area. The guest house has one full bathroom with a standing shower and its own kitchen. A sought-after amenity in Carmel is the 2-car garage with additional off street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. (Strictly no cats due to the Homeowner’s extreme allergies.) Please note: The guest house is always included when renting this property. It is never rented separately. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
