Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Nestled in a secure and peaceful estate, this elegant villa sits on a 4,000m² plot bordered by forest, offering stunning sea views just 4 km away. This stunning villa offers four air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, welcoming up to eight guests. The home is spread over two levels. On the main floor, a spacious entrance hall opens to a fully equipped kitchen on one side and a bright, expansive living and dining area on the other. Large glass doors create a seamless flow to the garden, swimming pool, and terrace - all overlooking the sea. This level also includes three bedrooms (two with sea views) along with two bathrooms (two of these bedrooms share a bathroom). The lower level features another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a cozy TV den with XL TV screen and comfortable movie sofas. Free fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The exterior offers breathtaking sea views, a beautiful landscaped garden and enchanting sunsets.
