DETAILS: The Boulder is a waterfront 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that sleeps 6 along Flathead Lake with views of Bigfork Bay. Guests will love this beautiful Craftsman-style home’s deeded boat slip, waterfront firepit, and rich finishes. The Boulder is built as a cluster of homes within the gated community of Bear Dance, but guests have privacy and private dock access to the lake.
Guests enter an incredible open living, dining, and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling, exposed timber beams, tall windows, a brick fireplace, and tile floors. A beautiful kitchen blends black granite counters with exposed brick and the warmth of terra cotta. Guests will enjoy the gas range and premium appliances. A unique U-shaped wall is finished with exposed brick and timber beams and houses a dining table that seats 5. Guests can unwind in the living area on a sofa and armchairs surrounding a gorgeous brick fireplace and windows that show the beauty of Flathead Lake. French doors open to a stone back deck with a Traeger grill and a yard with a gas firepit and private dock. It’s a gorgeous space to stargaze after a day of adventure. There are 2 primary bedrooms and a laundry room with cabinetry off the living area. One primary bedroom has a king bed, exposed brick walls, a spacious private bath, and French doors that open to the backyard. A second primary bedroom has a king bed with a vaulted ceiling, a wet bar, and a private bathroom.
A third primary bedroom is on the second floor. This large private escape includes a sitting area with a gas fireplace, a wet bar, a private bathroom, and a king bed.
