In the winter, you are less than eight miles to some of the best skiing in California, and, in the summer, the bike trail is less than a mile away. You can also walk to three of the best restaurants on the West Shore. This a true multi-family house that has two en suite bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Equipped with a large modern kitchen that flows into the great room, you will always feel part of the action with family and friends. The upstairs primary bedroom suite is spacious and has a large soaking tub with jets and a spa-like feel. The great room with a flat screen television and a beautiful stone fireplace is the perfect place to entertain or just relax with a good book. Enjoy the view from the large deck off of the great room with a glass of wine, or slip into the hot tub after a long day of fun. The deck is also equipped with a gas barbecue, and patio seating for 10 where you can watch or join in a game of horseshoes or disc golf with family and friends.
