Close to the beach and close to town, this beautiful 1,457 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single-level home is the perfect place to enjoy your Carmel-by-the-Sea vacation. Living Space From the driveway and street-level garage, walk up one flight of stairs to the covered front porch and main entry Dutch door. Pause for a moment to enjoy a peek of the ocean and then enter into the interior where tasteful seashore decor and colors of the sea adorn the entire home. Once inside the home, all of the rooms are on one level. The spacious living room has white-washed vaulted ceilings, gleaming wood floors, stylish furnishings, a cozy stone gas log fireplace, and a large screen wall mounted smart TV. Enjoy conveniences like a Nest thermostat and a modern kitchen. Kitchen and Dining The gourmet kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, a Viking gas range, single wall oven and microwave, Jenn Air refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. Dining area has 60” round glass top table with seating for 6 people. Enjoy your breakfast as the morning sun beams in from the professionally landscaped backyard and patio or exit through the dining area Dutch door to enjoy breakfast outside on the comfortable patio couches. In the evening, the patio is equally as welcoming with its bistro string lighting, circular gas fire pit, gas barbecue, and turf lawn. It’s an entertainer’s private oasis! Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom #1 is a large primary suite with a king bed, 60" wall-mounted Smart TV, comfy chair and ottoman, Access outside through French doors, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, granite counters and tile flooring. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and direct access outside through French doors. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, TV and large closet. The shared, full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination, granite counters and tile floors. Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer is located off the kitchen and dining area. Single car garage plus driveway parking for one vehicle. Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
