Offering comfortable and aesthetically pleasing spaces throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence provides a stunning backdrop to wind down and enjoy the best of the central California Coast. Living / Dining Space Upon entry through a gated driveway, you are greeted by a Zen-like garden with manicured oaks, thoughtful landscaping and a comfortable seating area encircling a large gas fire pit. The back patio is surrounded by mature trees and has an outdoor dining table that seats 6 and a propane BBQ grill. The yard is fully fenced. Through the front door one encounters both comfort and aesthetically pleasing spaces – the living and dining areas enjoy open beam ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing an abundance of natural light and tree-lined vistas of your private garden. The living and dining areas are combined together in one space – all stylishly decorated with top quality Mid-Century Modern furnishings. The living area is the ideal spot to unplug or cozy up with a movie on the large sectional couch in front of the fireplace, and the dining area includes seating for six (and up to ten with table leaves and additional chairs). Kitchen The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a double wall ovens, gas range, wine cooler and a casual dining area with seating for four at the breakfast table. The kitchen leads to a butler’s pantry that includes an additional refrigerator, a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer, a half bathroom and easy access to the garage. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All three bedrooms have hardwood flooring and include comfortable, minimalist furnishings and accessories. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, ample closet space with built-in drawers, a large flat screen television, and an en-suite bathroom with heated slate tile floors and a walk-in shower over a sunken tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed Bedroom #3 has a queen bed The shared hall bath has heated slate tile floors and a shower-over-tub combination. The home also has a half bathroom. Double car parking in the carport, plus a two car garage and plenty of driveway space for cars. Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home. Two exterior Ring cameras in the rear yard are monitored regularly for security. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
