This three-bedroom unit provides ample space for relaxation and features an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout the main entry level, which enhances the modern interior design, furnishings, and large living room windows that showcase stunning mountain views. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas surrounding a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a ceiling fan to maintain a cooler atmosphere during the warmer summer months. This area also grants access to the private patio, where you can admire the slopes of Granby Ranch and take a moment to unwind after a day filled with adventures. Adjacent to the living area, the dining area accommodates up to six guests and offers easy access to the gourmet kitchen during meal times, along with a breakfast bar that provides two additional seating spots. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. This ground level of the townhome also includes a half bathroom, a laundry room, and a master bedroom suite.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure, and a spacious soaking tub.

For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities have a fee of $20/day and guests must be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s location, there may be times of heavy snowfall that may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
NO SMOKING AND NOT PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or have a pet on the property.
