With three large bedrooms plus an additional flex room currently serving as a second den with sleeper sofa, the layout adapts easily to your needs—a private work-on-vacation space, a fourth bedroom for guests or a cozy media lounge. Thoughtfully customized during construction, this home showcases upgraded kitchen appliances (Bosch), an Electrolux washer/dryer and custom tilework —just a few of the enhancements that elevate it beyond standard new construction
"Wildest Dreams" is ideal and comfortable for your family or two couples, girl’s weekend away or men’s golf trips. This home has three suites; one with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with oversized shower; The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and two additional full baths. Great porches - front and side give you wonderful outdoor living space.
The open floor plan in the Kitchen/Dining/Living allows everyone to socialize in the fully stocked kitchen with open access to the deck. Great meals and memories will be easily created by the chef in your group in this gourmet kitchen. There is a Large Flat Screen TV in living room and a TV in all the bedrooms.
This home is centrally located and close to everything - the BHI club, restaurants, shops, the marina. A very short cart ride gets you to the newly updated BHI Club with its new Aquatic Center, and also boasts 4 new tennis courts, pickleball courts, a 2025 new playground, short-grass recreational area, workout facility, multiple swimming pools and water slide, 5 croquet course, casual and fine dining and, of course, the George Cobb designed, award winning 18-hole golf course.
Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by a ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 minutes from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is included with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bike or by foot. This house comes with two 4-seat golf carts, 2 adult beach bikes, 4 new beach chairs, and an assortment of beach toys, and an umbrella. Please bring your own helmets. Additional bikes can also be rented at Riverside Adventure. Please note that while we guarantee the availability and condition of the golf carts, we cannot guarantee the condition of the bikes.
Climb to the top of “Old Baldy,” which is the oldest lighthouse on the East coast. It was built in 1817 and originally commissioned by Thomas Jefferson. Hike and wind your way around live oaks hundreds of years old and through the nature paths that Revolutionary and Civil War soldiers used in the ancient Maritime Forest. An upscale grocery market, spa, and shopping area is a short golf cart ride away. Discover the Bald Head Island Conservancy at the end of South Beach, where you can learn about the island’s wildlife.
