Son Bosquet is a distinguished five-bedroom, six-bathroom country estate that combines heritage, scale, and modern comfort. Originally a hunting lodge on the historic Gatules estate, the villa was carefully rebuilt and extended in the late 1990s, preserving its character while introducing contemporary living standards. Set within 12 hectares of private land overlooking the countryside of Pollença and framed by the Serra de Tramuntana, it offers complete privacy while remaining close to beaches, golf, and the old town. The exterior is designed for relaxed outdoor living. Mature Mediterranean gardens, orchards, and woodland surround expansive terraces ideal for dining and entertaining. The private swimming pool, complete with a shallow relaxation ledge, sits at the heart of the outdoor space. A fully equipped exterior kitchen with a built-in BBQ and a gas BBQ, fridge, and dishwasher allows for seamless al fresco meals, supported by multiple shaded dining areas. Inside, the villa features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and traditional stone and marble finishes. The ground floor includes two spacious living rooms, a winter dining hall, a fully equipped kitchen with Aga cooker, Nespresso machine and laundry room, plus a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite offers an en-suite bathroom, alongside two further double bedrooms with en-suites.
