Home details
Villa Aelia is a beautifully renovated island retreat that blends clean-lined modern design with soft Cycladic character. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood close to the coast, it’s a place designed for togetherness, whether that’s shared breakfasts on the balcony, afternoons by the pool or relaxed evenings gathered around the table.
Step inside and you’re welcomed into an open-plan living space that immediately feels calm and inviting. Natural textures, warm neutrals and carefully chosen furnishings give the interiors an easy elegance, while large openings allow light to move freely through the living, dining and kitchen areas. This central space is ideal for slow mornings and sociable evenings, bringing everyone together without feeling crowded.
The villa offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each created with comfort in mind. Two feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms with queen-size beds share a generous bathroom, a layout that works equally well for families or groups of friends. Bathrooms are modern and refined, continuing the villa’s understated, natural aesthetic.
Outside, Villa Aelia opens up into a private garden setting where relaxation and activity sit side by side. The swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor space, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas for long, lazy afternoons. A fitness corner, ping-pong table and basketball hoop add an energetic edge, offering something for every mood and age.
One of the villa’s most charming features is the breakfast balcony, overlooking the garden and pool. Here, a daily à la carte breakfast is served, filled with fresh flavours and the gentle scent of herbs and flowers drifting through the air. Upstairs, a second balcony provides views towards Adamantas port, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the light fades.
With daily housekeeping and complimentary arrival and departure transfers included, Villa Aelia offers a smooth, restful stay where every detail feels quietly considered.

Location:
Villa Aelia is located in a peaceful residential area of Milos, offering a rare balance between tranquillity and convenience. The neighbourhood feels calm and private, yet you’re just a short walk from the beach, local shops and inviting restaurants, making it easy to enjoy island life at your own pace.
Milos is one of the best-connected islands in the Cyclades, with its own airport offering easy access from mainland Greece. It’s also well served by ferries from Athens, Santorini and Paros, making it an ideal stop for island-hopping adventures.
Nearby beaches are ideal for relaxed swims and unhurried days by the sea, with calm waters and easy access. For those keen to explore further, Milos is famed for its dramatic coastline and diverse landscapes, shaped by volcanic activity over thousands of years. From smooth white rock formations to hidden coves only accessible by boat, the island rewards curiosity.
Adamantas port is within easy reach and offers a lively contrast to the villa’s quiet setting. Here, you’ll find cafés, bakeries, waterfront tavernas and boat operators offering excursions around the island. Sunset cruises, snorkelling trips and visits to secluded beaches are all popular ways to experience Milos from the water.
Pollonia, on the island’s north coast, is another favourite spot for dining and evening strolls, while inland villages provide a glimpse into the island’s slower, more traditional rhythm. Milos is also rich in history, most famously as the home of the Venus de Milo, now displayed in the Louvre.
Whether you spend your days beach-hopping, enjoying boat trips or simply soaking up the atmosphere of nearby villages, Villa Aelia’s location allows you to do as much, or as little, as you like, always returning to a calm and comfortable base.
