If you’re looking for more sunshine, head down to indulge in community amenities, including 2 Cascadas infinity pools, 2 hot tubs, and lounge chairs. When sun-kissed skin starts to crisp, make your way back inside for a relaxing afternoon. While modern decor creates a luxurious ambiance, amenities like high-speed fiber-optic wireless internet and Smart TVs and air conditioning in all rooms allow you to feel right at home. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top-of-the-line gas stove. Linger out on the balcony late into the evening, until you’re ready to call it a day. Rinse off in one of the rainfall walk-in showers before diving under the covers of a cozy king-sized bed. Guests have access to the entire community free of charge. The elevator right outside the condo takes you down to the private parking garage where you have 1 parking space. One of our hosts will greet you upon your arrival to the condominium. They can help with any questions you may have or recommendations for diner, activities or what not. We are here to help you with any questions you may have after you check-in as well. Pedregal is a sought-after area in Cabo San Lucas, often called the ’Hollywood of Mexico." Enjoy a location just minutes via car or Uber from the beach, marina, and nightlife in the city! This property grants access to the exclusive Pedregal private beach, tennis courts, and spa, each within a 5-minute car ride (or 20-minute walk). The world famous Medano Beach is found just beyond the marina - visible from your private deck! Looking for adventure? Head over to the marina to charter a fishing excursion - this spot is known as one to have the best sport fishing fleets in the world! When you’re ready for some fun in the city, venture down to the lively Cabo San Lucas Marina. Dine out at one of over 100 restaurants, or stay late and enjoy the amazing nightlif Walk, Uber, Taxi, Private transportation, Rental car - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. The individual who booked and paid for the rental must occupy the condo - Please note the fitness center is part of the Pedregal Spa; if you would like to use the facility, daily/weekly rates apply - A reservation is required to use the tennis court November through June. The cost is $5 per reservation or $20 per month for unlimited reservations. Please visit the Pedregal office (located inside the South Gate to Pedregal, behind the marina) upon your arrival to pay - The maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. No unregistered guests may stay in the condo overnight - Please be advised, there is construction in the area and is going to continue through strictly controlled work times within the master community of Pedregal HOA - The loud music floating in from Cabo until 3:30 has always been part of the Cabo San Lucas scene - 6 steps to enter - Please note rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted - Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras do not record video and/or sound while guests are in residence - The community has strict rules and imposes fines upon the owner for guests’ unsuitable behavior which in turn results in the renter paying the fine. This keeps the community enjoyable for all.
