The space
Welcome to ’Tranquil Tides!’
Begin your stay on the inviting front porch, where a charming porch swing offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and the coastal breeze.
Step inside to the inviting main living room, where comfortable seating creates a welcoming space to relax and gather. Just beyond is the dining room with a charming wooden table and beautiful views of the pond, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully-stocked chef’s kitchen features designer tile, a 5-burner stove, and island seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll also find a large walk-in pantry for extra storage.
Also on the first floor is the custom-designed laundry room, which has been upgraded to include a stylish wet bar area with built-in cabinetry, an ice maker, and a KitchenAid beverage fridge, perfect for entertaining or grabbing a refreshing drink after a day out. This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and the first guest bedroom, complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Step outside to the back patio, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Just a few steps down, a cozy seating area shaded by an umbrella offers a relaxing place to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. The home backs directly up to a large, scenic pond, and the neighborhood dock is located literally just steps away! There is also an outdoor shower along the side of the home for added convenience.
Up on the second floor, there is an additional living area, along with the remaining bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony overlooking the pond, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms both include a Queen bed, access to a shared screened-in balcony, and an en-suite bathroom (one with a glass shower and the other with a shower/tub combination). Also, just off the upstairs living area is a bunk room featuring one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, making it a great spot for kids or additional guests.
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
Backing up to a pond, this property provides added privacy and a peaceful setting. You’re just down the street from the Dragonfly Pool and a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride from everything WaterColor has to offer! Plus, it’s walking distance to Publix, dining, and shopping!
This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is just a few doors down from the house and has its own kid pool!
Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids!
The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
OTA handles all payments.
Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees.
Smoking is prohibited.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
