The space
Welcome to ’SeaBreeze 30A!’
Begin your stay on the inviting front porch, a welcoming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evenings.
Step inside to a bright and airy living room with plenty of comfortable seating, creating an ideal space to relax and gather. Just beyond, the dining room offers a lovely wooden table for easy shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a 6-burner stove, dual ovens, a built-in wine cooler, and island seating for 5.
Also on the first floor is a half bathroom, along with the first master bedroom, which has a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private screened-in porch, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Step out from the screened-in porch to the lovely back patio, complete with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table for 8. Around the corner by the garage, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach!
Upstairs on the second floor, an additional lounge space with a Full-sized sleeper sofa and a TV provides additional space to spread out and relax. The laundry room is also located on this floor, plus three spacious bedrooms. The second master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private screened-in balcony with stunning views of Draper Lake, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower (this bathroom is also accessible from the hallway). The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, this home provides easy access to lots of hiking and biking trails. You’re also walking distance to shopping/dining, or the included bikes and LSV/golf cart are perfect for exploring the area!
The Blue Mountain Beach access is just one mile from you, placing sugar-white sands and emerald waters just minutes away!

Guest access
Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)! The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!
Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating area, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!
Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn’t stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows and watch the sunset.
Highland Parks is the one of the newest resort-style neighborhoods in Blue Mountain Beach. The area is the highest point in South Walton county and is surrounded by great restaurants, local shops and art galleries.
Other things to note
-Property Manager also manages multiple other homes in this same neighborhood (Highland Parks), in case you’re looking to book multiple houses together! Please inquire for details.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky’s restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV/golf cart.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
