Featuring 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal living room with a dining area, and a spacious bonus/media room with an air hockey table provides ample space to unwind. The large pasture behind the main yard offers a perfect place to play ball or explore with your kids or dogs. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with PacMan, Ping Pong, and Skeeball to add to the vast list of activities this house has to offer. Ample parking is available for larger vehicles.
While there is a guest house on the property with long-term renters, there is excellent separation and privacy.

Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed at Sonoma County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
