The Dutton Winery House is situated just minutes from Sebastopol and Graton, this newly renovated home, enveloped by vineyards, provides an exceptional wine country retreat. The expansive living room and kitchen with a charming breakfast nook create a delightful space for gatherings with friends and family. Additionally, there’s a formal dining area and a cozy family room. Three spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed. Unwind and savor the breathtaking vineyard views from the generous deck or relax near the firepit below.
Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Outstanding restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino further enhance the array of activities available in the region.

Luxurious linens are also provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed in County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
