Featuring three bedrooms and a bonus room that functions as a fourth bedroom with a king-size sleeper sofa and a full bath, Casa Martin ensures ample accommodation. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. The open kitchen caters to gourmet experiences, and the spacious great room provides plenty of room for group gatherings. The bonus room is equipped with a large screen TV and ample seating for the entire group.
The park-like backyard offers privacy, featuring a large pool and an outdoor dining area adorned with string lights for a festive ambiance. An outdoor shower is conveniently incorporated into the covered patio area, and a fenced section is designated for kids and pets.

Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
While Casa Martin is an incredible space for family and friends to gather, it is important to note that it is not a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited in County vacation rentals, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters are in place to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
